The CBA is set to publish a new survey this month that asks whether it is safe to drive a truck without a valid certificate of title.
The survey will also ask if it is ok for a truck to have its trailer abandoned or have it be towed.CBA said it will be publishing a separate survey to determine if an abandoned trailer is a valid title.
If you or someone you know is in an accident, report it to the National Vehicle Safety Board (NVSA).
The NVSA has the power to award you a certificate of ownership if you have insurance.
If you don’t, the CBA says you can file a claim with the NVRB.
The CBA has received more than 6,000 responses from people who want to know more about the survey.
The answers are being released as part of its annual Road Safety Report.
