The Harbor freight grifter is in peril after being struck by a truck while moving freight.
The truck was heading toward the city of Atlanta on Interstate 285 when it veered off the highway onto the shoulder of Interstate 70 near the intersection of Hwy.
20 and Interstate 285, according to an Atlanta fire spokesman.
The driver was ejected and taken to a hospital.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital for treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
The tractor trailer was carrying a load of freight that was to be unloaded from a freight warehouse in Atlanta, according the Atlanta Fire Department.
The warehouse is about 30 miles from the site of a massive explosion in the city last year that killed at least eight people and destroyed more than 50 homes.
The explosion damaged the Harbor Freighter Warehouse, which was located about 20 miles away.
A worker at the warehouse is working to make repairs.
