What if you can make the best bread in the world in your backyard?
Bay Area Bay Area-based Baking Company specializes in baking bread that’s made from locally sourced ingredients.
The company specializes in sourdough, and the bread is made in their factory in Hayward, California.
But they also make other breads, like pastries, muffins, and cookies, and they have the best store in the state, a store called Bay Area Bakery and Bakery Bakery.
“We’re really proud of the fact that we’ve been able to grow our business by more than double in the last five years,” said founder, Chris Brown.
“When we started our business, we sold bread to McDonald’s and other big chains.
That’s not a viable business.”
The Bay Area bakery specializes in selling a bread made from a sourdought, or dough made with yeast, instead of a traditional flour, as many big chains are doing.
And it’s not just their bread that can make a big difference.
“Our breads are a big part of our culture, they’re a big source of pride for us,” said Brown.
When it comes to their product, Brown said, “Our focus is to really make our customers happy.”
Baking is a craft.
Baking isn’t about making the perfect bread.
It’s about creating something that tastes good and tastes delicious.
Baked goods can be made from any dough, but Brown’s bread is a mixture of a sour dough, and flour, with an extra layer of yeast and yeast culture.
“It’s a mix of all those things,” said Ben Binder, who is a co-founder and the co-owner of Baking Co. Bakersfield.
“In this case, we’re using whole wheat flour, but if you want a really good gluten-free bread, we use whole grain flour.
It gives it a good chew.”
Bakers is also making sourdoug bread, a bread that has a nice crust, brown bits, and a nice crisp crust.
Brown says that sourdOUGH bread has been around since the 1930s.
“There’s always been a sour bread that people love to eat,” he said.
“I don’t know how long we’ve had it, but it was kind of a favorite of mine.”
Brown and his company also make the bread at their facility in Hayward.
But the business is still growing.
They’re working on opening a second location in California, in the Bay Area.
And they are also expanding.
Brown said the Bay area bakery is one of their top three markets.
“They really drive our business,” he explained.
“The Bay Area is a great place to be.”
